1. Education:

• A doctoral degree in the discipline of Earth and environmental sciences or an equivalent field,
• Higher education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in geology, geophysics, physics, oceanography, or a related discipline.

2. Experience:

• Documented scientific achievements (e.g., publications, participation in scientific conferences, involvement in research projects),
• Teaching experience is welcome, including delivering classes and supervising theses in the fields of geology, geophysics, or geomorphology,
• Experience in fieldwork related to geology, geophysics, geomorphology, or hydrography,
• Documented international collaboration (e.g., scientific internships, participation in international projects).

3. Skills:

• Ability to plan and conduct scientific research,
• Practical and theoretical knowledge in geology, geophysics, geomorphology, or oceanography,
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) – required for conducting classes in both languages.
