Inserm is the only French public organization entirely dedicated to biological, medical, and public health research. Unit 1109, based at the CRBS in Strasbourg, is hiring a Post-doctoral researcher in mechanoregulation of organelle positioning in metastatic immune evasion.

Main activities :

• Cell mechanophenotyping
• Cell Biology and Organelle positioning profiling
• T cell toxicity analysis
• Experimental metastasis in mouse models
• Cell live imaging and Intravital imaging

Associated activities :

• Collaborate with national and international teams
• Write scientific reports and articles
• Autonomous grant application

Specific Requirements or Constraints :

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, advanced analytical reasoning, autonomy, rigor, responsiveness, versatility, and a collaborative team spirit

Skills/Qualifications :

• Expertise in state-of-the-art cell mechanophenotyping
• Immune cell purification, culture and characterization
• Microscopy and image analysis
